Welcome to skipgrind.com. These Terms govern your use of our Site as a buyer or seller of game accounts, currency, items, and boosting services. By accessing our Site or making a transaction, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Platform Role: SkipGrind operates as a marketplace and escrow service. We do not own listed items and are not a party to the direct sale contract.
Funds Handling: Funds are held in escrow and released to the Seller (minus fees) only after completion and the dispute window expiry.
KYC: Sellers must be 18+ and complete identity verification (Government ID, proof of address) before listing or withdrawing.
Prohibited: Stolen/hacked goods, bots/cheats, fee circumvention, fake reviews. Violations = termination + fund forfeiture.
Commissions: SkipGrind charges commission on completed sales; structures published on the Site.
Disputes: Users must use our internal system — no third-party arbitration or chargebacks during active investigations.
All products are delivered digitally. All sales are final once credentials are shared or boosting commences. Refunds only if the Seller entirely failed to deliver or materially misrepresented the item.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages (cart reminders, order updates). Reply STOP to opt-out. We never share opt-in consent with unrelated third parties.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital goods is considered fraud. Buyers filing fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned and pursued via debt recovery agencies for the owed amount plus legal fees. Contact support or open a platform dispute first.
SkipGrind is NOT affiliated with any developer (Steam, Riot, Epic, Blizzard). Trading accounts or boosting may violate a game’s EULA — you accept the risk of suspension or bans. SkipGrind is NOT liable for publisher actions.
Limitation: Services provided "as is". Total liability capped at the transaction amount in dispute or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Quaidabad, Sargodha Division, Punjab.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
