Because digital items cannot be physically returned, we do not offer standard cash refunds. Instead we guarantee satisfaction through direct replacements, account exchanges, or store credit of equal or greater value. Cash refunds only in rare cases (e.g., duplicate payments).

02✅ When You Qualify

Products Not Received: Items, accounts, or services not delivered within the scheduled timeframe.
Defective / Misrepresented: Account locked, banned, or not matching the listing upon delivery.
Missed Express Delivery: Priority add-on timeframe not met → add-on fee refunded as store credit or bonus items.
Order Cancellations: SkipGrind cancels before delivery commences.

03💵 Cash Refund Exceptions

Duplicate Payments: Accidental multiple payments for the same order.
System Errors: Technical glitches causing an overcharge.

Approved cash refunds may take up to 96 business hours. Bank FX/processing fees are not our responsibility.
